The Fertility Centre at the University Hospital in Bern helps women with an unfulfilled wish to have children, provides fertility preservation in those undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy and supports those suffering repeated miscarriages. The centre specializes in causes attributable to the male partner and in vitro fertilization without hormone injections (IVF-Naturelle®). In addition, the fertility centre offers special pre-implantation diagnostic treatments, i.e., special studies of the DNA of oocytes or embryos to identify certain features.
